  This place is run by morons. Call to ask if they cut rotors, tell them it's for a Ford truck...the idiot on the other end acts like it's the end of the world to cut rotors (I used to do it daily at my old shop, easiest thing in the world to do unless you're lazy) Take them off and take them in and of course after I finally get the morons to ask if I need anything (they were too busy talking to each other right in front of me) I tell them I called about rotors and he takes them back and low and behold they don't have the right cone for these sized rotors. So not only were they too lazy to check when I called and wasted my time, but now it's almost night time and everything is closed and my truck is in the air without brakes and I ended up having to buy new rotors instead of cutting perfectly fine ones. Auto parts store people are already known as idiots, but these guys take the cake.

  Would give no stars if possible. The people here do not know what they are doing in the slightest. Yesterday my friend went here and tried to get front brakes for his 2009 base Pontiac g5 so I could do them for him. While there, they upsold him for a 4 wheel brake job, which is fine, it's part of the business. 230+ dollars later, he left there with 4 rotors, and 2 boxs of brake pads. Upon arriving at my house I instantly knew something was wrong because he had 4 rotors, and his car has front disk, and rear drum brakes, meaning they sold him the wrong stuff. Strike one. Upon opening one of the boxs, I noticed it was for a 5 lug nut car. His is a 4 lug nut car. So we then went back to the store to return all of it. Once we got there, I found out, they sold him front rotors for a 5 lug version of his car, the correct front rotors for his car, the correct box of front pads for his car, and the rear pads for the version of his car that had rear disk. Strike two. So we then attempted to buy 2 CORRECT front rotors for his car, and then leave with the box of correct front pads that he had originally bought. Because of my frustration with this whole ordeal, I opened the box of front pads and found they were brake pads that had been INSTALLED ON ANOTHER VEHICLE AND THEN RETURNED. Strike three. This whole situation could have been avoided had the staff here properly done their job. This was also the second bad experience I have had with this location in 2 weeks. I had a problem with this location with a faulty alternator they had sold another friend of mine the week prior. I have no problem with the O'Reilly company as a whole, just this location. If you have to get parts in this area, just go to AutoZone, the people there seem to actually know what they are doing.
